Parades Commission
NI secretary Chris Bryant bans controversial Orange Order parade along Garvaghy Road
Bryant said he would overturn the decision of the Parades Commission, saying the circumstances under which it was made “have now changed considerably”.
Northern Ireland First Minister Michelle O'Neill has welcomed the "very positive" news.
Taoiseach Micheál Martin said the decision would come as "a significant relief to the community on the Garvaghy Road".
DUP leader Gavin Robinson said the framework for parading and protests "now lies in tatters" and that the rule of law "has been fundamentally undermined".
