Mná tí ag éirí as an traidisiún: an bhfuil todhchaí na gcoláistí samhraí i mbaol?

NUAIR A CHLOISEANN duine ar bith an focal “Gaeltacht”, is minic a thagann an téarma “bean an tí” chun cuimhne.

Tá traidisiún na mná tí fite fuaite le traidisiún na gcoláistí samhraí ach tá dúshláin ann na laethanta seo: tá na mná tí ag iarraidh as an traidisiún, ag dul ar scor, agus níl mná nó fir tí óga ag teacht tríd an choráis.

Cad a tharlóidh do na coláistí samhraí mura bhfuil mná tí ann chun scoláirí a thabhairt isteach gach bliain?
